Request captured · Reply drafted
A fictional enquiry. A practical possibility.
See the difference between a scattered request and a useful staff handoff. Illustrative example. Invented messages; no live AI.
Before / a request to untangle
Event-space enquiry“Could we hire your space for a team event next month? About 20 people. Can you send a price?”
No exact date. No times. No equipment details.
Staff still needs the facts before quoting.
After / prepared for a person
Enquiry only. Nothing booked, priced or sent.
“Thanks for your enquiry. What date and start/end times do you have in mind, and what setup or equipment would you need? Our team will check availability and options before preparing a quote.”
Prewritten draft. No message has been sent.
No reservation, price promise or automatic acceptance.

Plan something useful for your businessWhat we help with
You hire SonexaLab to configure the tools, connect the agreed steps, test the workflow and train your team. We then maintain the setup within your monthly scope. Your suitable account or workspace stays separate, with ownership and our authorized access agreed before activation.

Your tools. Our setup work.
Tell us what your team uses today. We review the plan, access and workflow before proposing a custom setup. You don’t need to figure out the connections yourself.
Booking requests & calendar details
A possible workflow: organise an incoming booking request and prepare the details for staff to check against the calendar. Your team approves availability and the next step before anything is confirmed.
Custom setup, subject to compatibility and permissions review. The right calendar, account access, time zones and who can approve changes. A calendar availability check does not reserve a time. Any future event creation or notification needs agreed staff approval.
Google’s availability documentationInvoice information & admin handoffs
A possible workflow: gather the information your team needs for an invoice, then prepare a clear handoff for review. Staff checks the customer, items, amounts and other details before any accounting action.
Custom setup, subject to compatibility and permissions review.Your QuickBooks Online plan, settings, access and accounting process. Preparing information does not create an accounting record, send an invoice or take a payment. No QuickBooks Desktop compatibility is assumed.
QuickBooks’ invoice guidanceThese are examples to review, not active connections or partnerships. SonexaLab has not yet implemented or tested either connection. Features depend on the product, plan and settings; we confirm scope and permissions before setup.

Get it working
We scope, configure and test one useful workflow, then train your team to review the work and handle exceptions.
Keep it working
Pay one monthly managed-service fee for the agreed workflow, software allowance, maintenance and routine support. We manage the setup; you keep business decisions.
When you need more
Add a workflow or adjust an allowance when it makes sense for your business.

No need to change everything at once. A focused setup and pilot comes first, followed by an agreed monthly managed service for your business.
Understand your routine, tools and pinch points. Agree the first workflow, account ownership, permissions and what a useful outcome looks like.
Configure your separate setup and a defined workflow. Check the supplier, plan, terms and costs, then test real scenarios, approvals and a manual fallback before activation.
Train your team and manage the agreed setup. Your monthly proposal defines included software costs, usage, maintenance, monitoring and support. Quote expanded workflows separately.
A few good questions
We define that together. A workflow can simply capture information or draft a reply. Sensitive requests, exceptions and agreed decisions can stay with your team, with a clear handoff.
We first check what your tools support, including access, permissions and integration options. Some workflows may use approved connectors; others may need a simpler handoff. Compatibility is confirmed during discovery.
We quote the setup and pilot scope before work begins. Your ongoing monthly managed-service fee includes the agreed underlying software costs, workflow service, maintenance and support. The proposal lists included subscriptions, usage allowances and support boundaries, including any needed hosting, messaging or API usage. Expanded workflows and work beyond scope are quoted separately; no unlimited usage is implied.
AI can make mistakes. Workflows need defined boundaries, human review where appropriate, exception handling and a way to pause or return to your existing process. These are part of pilot planning.
Your business has a separate setup, with its information, permissions and connections kept separate from other clients. We agree what information is necessary, where it goes, access and retention before connecting customer data. The planner keeps choices in your browser. You can explicitly include your brief when sending the contact form.
Account ownership and SonexaLab’s authorized access are agreed at onboarding, with client control where practical. Your proposal sets out offboarding, including access removal, information handover and transfer of eligible accounts or connections, subject to supplier terms. Any provider restrictions or handover costs are clarified before you commit.
No. We select and verify a suitable supplier and plan for your business. Some workflows also need integrations, hosting, messaging or API usage beyond an AI subscription. The proposal defines those costs and allowances before activation; we do not assume a subscription covers every automation.
Use the contact form and choose to include your brief, or copy/download it and email hello@sonexalab.com. The email link opens your email app for you to review and send. The planner does not submit your information or send a message automatically.
It creates an illustrative starter brief and provisional planning estimate using fixed rules in your browser. Final scope and price are confirmed after review. It does not connect to your business systems, book appointments or submit a sales enquiry.
